Our Mission
At Girls Are Precious, our mission is to give every child the chance to learn and grow, and to help girls and women live healthy, confident, and dignified lives. We reach children from underserved communities who are out of school or at risk of dropping out, and support them to start, return to, and stay in school. We raise awareness about health and hygiene, provide essential supplies, and create safe spaces where girls and women can speak openly. Working hand in hand with families, communities, volunteers, and partners, we build a society where every life is truly valued as precious.
RIGHT TO EDUCATION
Whenever a girl is forbidden from going to school, it is an unacceptable action against all
other girls, against their right to get educated and if we wish to achieve gender equality, we
must begin with education.
