Duties of Volunteers

As a volunteer of Girls Are Precious, There are some duties for every volunteer. Please check below:

FUNDRAISING FOR NGO

For any Ngo funds are an important asset because we run on those collected funds from society. We want you to drive this fundraising campaign in your region to help those needy girls of your areas who are trying to carve their future but lack funds and opportunities.

PROMOTION OF GAP NGO

Promoting our Ngo through Below the line advertising or Above the line advertising. You as a volunteer need to work with complete dedication and feel responsible for the work provided to you by the Ngo. We want our ambassadors to achieve the best and also enable us to achieve the same.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

As a volunteer we expect you to organize as well as manage events for our Ngo. Event can be a seminar, a workshop, a medical camp for girls or an awareness campaign in nearby villages. GAP will always support you but we want you to make efforts to achieve what you have signed up for.

SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

Nowadays, the best way to reach people is social media and when you volunteer for Girls Are Precious, you automatically become a part of our social media program. You will be promoting GAP across all social media platforms to make us reach the maximum people.

INCREASE NETWORKING

To reach out to the maximum number of people in the country, we have to build a strong network across the nation. Make sure that the networks you set up help not only our NGO but also you. Meeting new people while developing networks, in itself is a great experience for our volunteers.

PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROJECTS

We give our volunteers an equal chance to innovate and to develop new project for our Ngo. We welcome your ideas and suggestions and we allow you to plan and develop new projects under our guidance because for us our volunteers are caretakers of the society.

HANDLING NGO TASKS

Our volunteers are supposed to handle some major administrative tasks because we believe in our people. For us you are the lifeblood of GAP and we see you as an influencer not only on field but also inside our organization. We want you to work on front end and become future leaders.

TARGETING RIGHT POPULATION

It is very important for you to know, from where to start, which population to target, how to reach the right person, how to provide the best help possible to someone who need it. We do not want to leave any stone unturned in order to spread awareness among people of India.

ETHICAL BEHAVIOR AT WORKPLACE

Keeping your Ethics and values in mind makes you to accomplish your goals even more effectively. Being Ethical is what we demand from our volunteers. Our NGO want you to work rightly under rules and regulations and violating any law will lead to your disqualification as a volunteer.

TIMELY COMPLETION OF GIVEN TASKS

Every volunteer involved with our Ngo need to be on track with their time, we wish to provide timely education and health facilities to all the girls of our country and we want you to feel the same and do the same for your country. Time never comes back and this your time to be the change to want to see.

COMMITMENT TOWARDS WORK

As an individual you must give your 100% in whatever work you do for this society because this is the environment you live in. Your commitment towards work is all that we expect from your side. All this is worth your time and hard work that we expect you to put into your assigned tasks.
