About Us

Girls Are Precious is a Gurugram based not-for-profit organization aiming to educate and

empower girls. We are a youth-driven NGO endeavouring to work for the rights of women

and girls, and the sexual and reproductive liberty of all people. GAP supports the potential

and right of every woman, irrespective of their colour, caste, race, age or religion.

 We aspire to build a platform to encourage women entrepreneurship and leadership in every

industry. We are among one of the most active NGOs in Gurugram, seeking to take our

society towards complete social transformation by educating children and improving the

health status of women, especially in India. 

We strongly feel that educated girls are a boon, not only for our city but also for the society

they flourish in. GAP intends to fulfill its vision by creating a literate, healthy and

empowered women-governed society. Our organization believes that Girls are precious and

we can always lend a hand to change the condition of women in our society. We try to help

unprivileged children in every possible way by giving them books, stationeries, uniforms,

medical facilities. GAP also runs certain training and development programs in rural as well

as urban areas. We strongly believe that an empowered woman is an asset to create an

empowered society.
